Founder Howard E. Chung is a United States Patent Attorney licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the State of Connecticut in the United States.  Mr. Chung has over 20 years of extensive experience in intellectual property matters, including the strategic protection and maintenance of IP assets such as Trademarks, Copyrights, Design, Brand Protection as well as providing counsel on corporate and business issues from formation to transactional support including, but not limited to contracts and licensing agreements.  Co-founder Helen Kim is a United States attorney, licensed to practice law by the State of California and has over 17 years of experience assisting clients in a broad array of matters in corporate and intellectual property services.
